In Nasarawa State, as the 2027 horizon draws closer, that figure is increasingly identified as Jibril Sabo Keana, popularly known as JSK.

The Wakilin Keana is not a newcomer to the corridors of influence, but he is a newcomer to the brand of desperate, self-serving ambition that often plagues the “Home of Solid Minerals.” His journey to this moment is one of deliberate sacrifice; as a founding member of the PDP, JSK was part of the very bedrock of the state’s political architecture.

As the Wakilin Keana, he understands the sacred bond between the palace and the people, while as a seasoned administrator, he understands the mechanical gears of the state’s economy.

When JSK speaks of his 8-Point Development Agenda, he isn’t reciting a consultant’s script; he is speaking from the experience of a man who has walked the streets of Toto, farmed the soils of Doma, and listened to the grievances of the youth in Lafia.

His “Back to Basics” philosophy is a recognition that Nasarawa’s “Next Level” cannot be reached through grand projects alone, but through functional schools, secure farms, and a government that actually answers its phone.

Across the 13 Local Government Areas, a quiet but powerful sentiment is brewing, captured in the simple, heartfelt prayer: “Allah ka ba shi, Jama’a su huta”—May God grant him the chance, so the people may find peace.

This is not just a political endorsement; it’s a cry for relief. The people are tired of “placeholder” candidates and proxy wars; they are looking for an original leader, someone with the courage to leave a failing system and the competence to build a winning one.

JSK represents that “Third Force” momentum, acting as the bridge between the heritage of our founding fathers and the digital future of our youth.

Nasarawa does not need another politician who views the state as a trophy; it needs a “Correctional Architect” who views it as a responsibility. Jibril Sabo Keana has shown, through his principled exit from the PDP and his disciplined rise within the ADC, that he values people over power.
